Terms of Service Last updated: 01/07/2026. These Terms govern your use of www.eequalsvs.com.au and any products, courses, memberships or services offered by E=VS Pty Ltd. ABN:78 152 571 705 trading as E=VS ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We provide educational courses, memberships, mentoring and resources based on the teachings of Grigori Grabovoi. Our content is for personal educational and developmental purposes.
2. No guarantees / Educational Purpose
Our courses and materials are educational. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.
3. Accounts and Membership
Some services require an account or paid membership. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Memberships renew and are billed as described at checkout (e.g. Monthly AUD$63 / Yearly AUD$793 until cancelled.
4. Payments, Renewals and Cancellation
Prices are in Australian Dollors and include applicable taxes unless stated. Subscriptions continue until you cancel. To cancel, Login to your account and cancel the subscription. If there are any issue contact us/ Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already paid unless required by law.
5. Refunds
Digital products and recorded courses are non-refundable once accessed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this site - text, images, videos, course materials and downloads - is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, share, resell or redistribute it without our written permission.
7. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the site, share account access, or use our materials for unlawful purposes.
8. Third-Party Links Our site may link to third parties (such as the Grigori Grabovoi Academy, Grabovoi -Thailand Project). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or services. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
