These Terms govern your use of www.eequalsvs.com.au and any products, courses, memberships or services offered by E=VS Pty Ltd. ABN: 78 152 571 705 trading as E=VS ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
We provide educational courses, memberships, mentoring and resources based on the teachings of Grigori Grabovoi. Our content is for personal educational and developmental purposes.
Our courses and materials are educational. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.
Some services require an account or paid membership. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Memberships renew and are billed as described at checkout (e.g. Monthly AUD$63 / Yearly AUD$793) until cancelled.
Prices are in Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated. Subscriptions continue until you cancel. To cancel, login to your account and cancel the subscription. If there are any issues, contact us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already paid unless required by law.
Digital products and recorded courses are non-refundable once accessed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
All content on this site — text, images, videos, course materials and downloads — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, share, resell or redistribute it without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, share account access, or use our materials for unlawful purposes.
Our site may link to third parties (such as the Grigori Grabovoi Academy). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or services. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
